Spadina
Spadina station straddles both the Yonge-University-Spadina and Bloor-Danforth lines, and is actually two otherwise separate stations connected by a long pedestrian tunnel. At some point, the Yonge-University-Spadina portion used Bloor-Danforth style transfers.

St. George
St. George is also an interchange between the Yonge-Univerty-Spadina and Bloor-Danforth lines. Like Spadina station, the transfers issued from the Yonge-Univerty-Spadina line resemble those typically issued on the Bloor-Danforth line.

A Personal Anecdote
Many childhood trips downtown were with my maternal grandfather. We'd take the 112 West Mall bus to Kipling station, take the subway to Spadina station, and then head south on the 77 Spadina bus to the Dragon City Mall at the south-west corner of Spadina and Dundas.
It was rare to return home immediately after the previously scheduled engagement at the mall. We'd wander a bit around Chinatown, perhaps stopping at a bakery and doing some grocery shopping along the way. Many time we'd leave Chinatown behind altogether by strolling east on Dundas. Hitting University Avenue gave us the first opportunity to board the subway via St. Patrick station and head home to Etobicoke; naturally, a salient factor was how lazy or tired my little legs were feeling.

#1-5. I wonder how much the TTC got paid to run ads on transfers. #1 reads "Carousel, Canada's happy holiday maker, see your travel agent" (I think). A simpler Queen station transfer bears the same ad. The Carousel ad appeared on the entire system in 1984.
#6-10.
